Would you like to incorporate qualitative insights into your marketing mix but do not have the staff, know how or budget to “go it alone”?   QualAdvisor will guide you through the process, help you with best practices, and provide the resources and/or coaching that allow you to maximize results within your budget and timeline.    Services include:

 

Develop Business and Research Objectives

We will facilitate a 60-minute session with key stakeholders to make sure that everyone is aligned on the purpose of the research and begin the conversation about study design.   

 

Determine Participant Screening Criteria

Participant recruitment is one of the most important determinants of the success of your research, and yet is one that is often not given the proper thought in advance. We will discuss who should be a part of your research and develop detailed screening criteria for recruitment.

 

Identify the Appropriate Study Design

We will determine whether qualitative, quantitative, or a hybrid approach is appropriate, and discuss the various method alternatives to consider given your budget and any other practical constraints.  

 

Develop a Draft Discussion Guide 

It is important to know how to approach the development of a discussion guide so that you get unaided, unbiased responses, as well as get below surface responses to truly understand what is driving attitudes/behaviors.   We will develop a draft discussion guide, with your input, that can be used by your team, or by an outside source.

 

Provide Resource Recommendations and/or Coaching

We will recommend resources for all your needs -- recruiting, technology platforms, facility locations, research support services, vetted researchers, etc.  If you are conducting the research yourself, we will provide moderator coaching to maximize insights.
