Kathy Doyle, Principal
Kathy is Principal of QualAdvisor, a consultancy that works with clients who would like to use customer insights to help fuel business growth, but do not have the “know how”, budget or staffing to hire a full-service research firm.

Kathy began her career in market research at Ogilvy Chicago and started her own qualitative research consulting firm in 1986. Doyle Research became an industry leader, known for innovative qualitative methods and strategic thinking. Over the years, clients included firms such as General Mills, S. C. Johnson, Johnson Controls Automotive, cars.com, Delta Faucet, Pella, Johnson Outdoors, Humana, Pepsico Foodservice, and DeVry University. In 2018, Doyle Research was acquired by 20|20 Research, an industry leading research technology firm where Kathy served as VP, Strategy until 2022. In that capacity, she consulted with clients on the best approaches to achieve their research objectives and incorporated both qualitative and quantitative methods into custom study designs.
Kathy has degrees from both Michigan State and the University of Michigan. She served two terms as a Board member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) and has been an active participant and speaker at numerous industry conferences.
